Every single story of Ca ‘del Bosco comes from the nature and that of the Olio della Corte has no exception. Ca ‘del Bosco Olio della Corte is an extra virgin olive oil that is the result of an accurate artisan manufacturing process.
It comes from a suitable terroir, from wisely selected olive groves in the Franciacorta area following the biological protocol, in full respect of nature.
The varieties grown on land, owned and farmed exclusively by Ca ‘del Bosco are those typically around the estate: Casaliva, Leccino, Frantoio and Pendolino.
The harvest is by hand in order to select only healthy olives in an excellent state of ripeness. The fruit is then cold pressed after a few hours of harvesting in order to ensure its integrity.
The Olio della Corte harvest 2024 is an unique oil, with a clear and recognizable identity that translates into a wide range of flavors. The nose opens with a note of green apple, white flowers and fresh grass with elegant notes of tomato and almond. The flavor is delicate, with a sweet note that evolves towards a light spicy.
